We are currently looking for a full-time POS Software Trainer to join our team, starting immediately.

Position Summary

The POS Software Trainer will be responsible to offer a complete, detailed & effective training experience for our customers. This entails:

• Pre-planning training outlines to fit our customer’s needs,
• Customer coordination while maintaining transparent communication,
• Management of training hours sold,
• Creation of training documentation or videos to support training efforts, and
• Offering superior customer service throughout the entire process.

The successful candidate must be comfortable training, presenting and communicating with cashiers, managers, and owners. Experience working in a grocery environment is a must along with customer service experience and experience training customers. The right candidate is a self-starter who is able to work with limited supervision. Strong verbal and written communication in English is required and Spanish is an asset. Note that this is not an IT position but strong computer skills are an asset. This position requires travel and irregular work hours which includes weekends.
